Here is a collection of previously commissioned bespoke canvas shelters
and awnings. If you require a shelter designed just for you, please use
the 'Enquire Now' page and briefly describe your project.
Llysmeddyg
Garden Room
Bespoke canvas shelter.
Made to measure canvas awning and curtain walls designed for Llysmeddyg
garden room. High quality sail-white poly-cotton canvas is fitted with
PVC windows in an asymmetrical design in keeping with the original Georgian
mews building. This beautiful light and airy dining and function room
opens out into the garden. The durable canvas is manufactured with fire,
rot and waterproofing to British Standard. The awning is attached to
its wooden frame support with easy to use turn-buttons and the detachable
wall sections are joined using traditional eyelets and lacing.
Pebbles Yard Awning
Unique shower + sun shade.
The sail-like form of this unique bespoke café-garden awning
is erected using taught ropes on pulleys and secured onto cleats. The
canvas drops down from the ridge helping to shed rainwater.
The asymmetric geometry of the form is enhanced by incorporating aesthetic,
hand-drawn curves. This design feature allows the shape to skirt around
a tree, and extend over the shop doorway.
Kite-like Canopy
Fun and friendly bespoke porch and wood-store curtain.
Classy sail-white canvas with heavy-duty nylon webbing and nautical
braided rope. The hand-spliced rope holds the canvas taught to provide
a simple splash cover. Both canopy and curtain are fitted with stylish
nickel-plated turn-buttons. The low-hanging curtain is fitted with a
PVC mud skirt and weighted with lead.
Woodcraft Workshop
Versatile and durable outdoor workshop space.
This practical low-impact portable shelter is made from 100% cotton
heavyweight canvas that is inherently rot and waterproof. Its versatile
design incorporates brass eyelets, hard wearing flax webbing, reinforced
sections and a channel for a ridgepole. The canvas’s deep olive
green colour fits harmoniously in any green space.
